Previously, Karen held the position of Recreation Programmer at the Town of South Bruce Peninsula and President of Hepworth-Shallow Lake Rotary Club. Karen also served as the Relay for Life Coordinator at the Canadian Cancer Society and as a Festival of Northern Lights/Recreation Programmer at The Corporation of The City of Owen Sound.
