Monica Quinlan, CPA, CMA, serves as the Director of Corporate and Financial Services for the Town of The Blue Mountains since September 2024. Previously, Monica held the position of Treasurer for the Corporation of the Town of Collingwood from January 2021 to September 2024 and served as an Associate at Part Time CFO Services from April 2017 to January 2021. Prior roles include Treasurer at the Town of Wasaga Beach from July 2011 to April 2017 and various financial positions, including Controller/Director of IT, Senior Financial Analyst, and Financial Analyst at Schukra of North America from September 2000 to May 2011. Monica received an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Windsor between 1994 and 1998 and has maintained CPA certification through CPA Canada since October 2002.
