Noelle Sawicki

Noelle Sawicki, P.E. is an experienced civil engineer currently serving as the Assistant Municipal Engineer for the Town of Tonawanda since November 2023. Previously, Noelle worked at Nussbaumer & Clarke, Inc. from May 2013 to November 2023, holding various positions including Associate, Project Engineer, Civil Engineer, and Construction Observer. Earlier experience includes serving as a Transportation Construction Inspector II with the NYS Department of Transportation from May 2011 to August 2012, and working as a Technician at the University of Buffalo’s Structural Engineering and Earthquake Simulation Laboratory in the summer of 2010. Noelle earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University, graduating in 2013.
