Kellie Winterbourn Oly

Kellie Winterbourn OLY is an experienced leisure and fitness professional with a career spanning over three decades. Since July 2001, Kellie has served as the Leisure Facilities Operations Manager and Aqualife Manager for the Town of Victoria Park, where responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, project management, staff development, strategic planning, and financial accountability for the Aqualife Leisure Facility. Previously, Kellie managed a Health and Fitness club, focusing on fitness programming, staff recruitment, and customer engagement. Earlier experience includes roles as a Group Fitness Instructor and Junior Development Officer at Park Recreation Centre, Health and Fitness Coordinator at YMCA, and performer at Expo 88. An accomplished gymnast, Kellie represented Australia at multiple international competitions, including the Olympics and World Championships. Education was completed at Dickson College Canberra between 1982 and 1984.
