Elle McNamara has a diverse background in recreation and event operations, currently serving as an Assistant Recreation Coordinator for the Town of Wellington since December 2024. Prior experience includes roles with the Colorado Rockies and Colorado Eagles Professional Hockey, where Elle contributed to in-game entertainment and game operations. With a solid foundation in research and analysis as a Lead Research Assistant at AdvantageCEO and Research Analyst for The Eurich Group, Elle has also engaged in customer service roles at Trader Joe's and in coaching experiences at Garrison Forest School. Elle holds a Master's degree in Sports Management with a business specialization from Colorado State University and previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Towson University.
