Ben Paquette

Ben Paquette is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in maintenance and utilities management. Currently serving as the Director of Central Maintenance and Wired Utilities for the Town of West Springfield since December 2021, Ben has previously managed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing departments at Smith College from September 2012 to January 2022. Earlier in their career, Ben oversaw HVAC and plumbing operations as the Manager of Mechanical Trades and worked as an HVAC Systems Operator focused on Environmental Health & Safety at MassMutual Financial Group. Ben holds an Associate's degree in Energy Management and Systems Technology from Springfield Technical Community College, earned between 2001 and 2005.
