Kelley Beckwith

Kelley Beckwith, SPHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager for the Town of West Springfield, overseeing a wide range of human resource activities including labor relations, employee health benefits, and recruitment. Beckwith has held previous positions such as Senior Human Resources Consultant at Baystate Health, Vice President of Human Resources at Noble Hospital, and Director of Human Resources at J. Arthur Dosher Memorial Hospital, accumulating extensive experience in strategic HR management, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Management & Organizational Development from the University of Mount Olive and an Associate of Science in Legal Office Administration from Holyoke Community College.
