Chief Planner at Town of Windsor Colorado

Carlin Malone has a diverse work experience in the field of urban planning. Carlin started their career as a Senior Planner at the City of Avondale, AZ in 1996 and worked there until 1999. Carlin then became a City Planner at the City of Longmont from 1999 to 2001. Carlin then moved on to work as a Senior City Planner at the City and County of Denver from 2001 to 2003. Carlin continued to progress in their career and joined McCool Development Solutions as a Senior Project Manager from 2003 to 2008. Carlin then worked as a City Planner III at the City of Greeley from 2008 to 2015. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Planner at the Town of Windsor Colorado from 2015 onwards.

Carlin Malone holds a Master of Urban Planning (MUP) degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning and Transportation Planning from San Jose State University. They also have a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Geography from Arizona State University. Additionally, Carlin has pursued studies in Landscape Architecture at the University of Arizona. Carlin has earned the certifications of AICP Certified from the American Institute of Certified Planners and Certified Planner (AICP) from the American Planning Association in June 2001.
