Ryan Phelps

Ryan Phelps is an experienced IT professional with a focus on system administration and technical support. Currently a System Administrator and IT Analyst at the Town of Windsor Colorado since July 2016, Ryan Phelps provides tier 1 Helpdesk support and manages projects while previously serving as a PC Technician, assisting the IT department. Prior to this role, Ryan Phelps was the Technical Lead at Greeley Computer Services from September 2012 to July 2016, overseeing client networks, servers, and workstations in the field. Ryan Phelps holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science with an emphasis on networking from CollegeAmerica, completed in 2014.
