Sandy Mezzetti is an accomplished Senior Planner with extensive experience in urban planning and project management, currently employed by the Town of Windsor, Colorado since March 2019. Prior to this role, Sandy served as an Adjunct Faculty member teaching AutoCAD at Front Range Community College from February 2010 to May 2017 and held positions at various planning and architecture firms, including Planner/Project Manager at VF Ripley Design, Inc. and Project Manager at Lyman Davidson Dooley. Sandy's foundational experience in engineering began as an Engineering Technician with the San Antonio River Authority, spanning nearly a decade. Educational qualifications include a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Colorado Denver and two degrees in architecture from The University of Texas at San Antonio—a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Architectural Design and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
