Kate W. has extensive experience in recruiting and staffing, currently serving as Manager of Estate and Executive Staffing at Town + Country Resources since February 2016. In this role, Kate manages three recruiters and focuses on hiring for estate and executive positions while also collecting recruiting metrics and fostering team growth.
