Currently serving as the General Manager at Comfort Inn and Suites since August 2023, Collette has previously held similar roles at Sleep Inn/Mainstay Suites and Hotel Arvon. Collette also has experience as a Franchise Quality Specialist at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, where quality assurance and operational standards were key responsibilities. With a career that includes various managerial positions across multiple hotel brands, Collette's expertise spans from task force management to residential management. Collette holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Great Falls, obtained between 1992 and 1995.
