Debbie Katko-Elliott has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Their most recent position is as the Director of Hotel Sales, Talent Acquisition, and Retention at Town Pump Company. Debbie joined this company in September 2022.

At Comfort Inn Plymouth, they were responsible for overseeing the entire operation of a 123-unit hotel. Debbie managed various departments, such as sales, maintenance, housekeeping, and front desk. Similar responsibilities were carried out at Sunburst Hospitality.
Debbie also held the position of Banquet Manager at Holiday Inn Fairlane. Debbie supervised kitchen and banquet servers and ensured quality service to guests. Additionally, Debbie served as the General Manager and Sales Manager at Signature Inn Lafayette.
Overall, Debbie has demonstrated strong leadership skills and extensive experience in various aspects of hotel operations, sales, and talent acquisition.
Debbie Katko-Elliott obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management - Administrative Dietetics from Purdue University from 1981 to 1985. Moreover, they also hold additional certifications such as Certified Hospitality Sales Professional (CHSP) and Certified Hospitality Revenue Manager (CHRM) from AHLEI - American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute. Additionally, they have the CHA certification from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute.
