Jana Santangelo

Jana Santangelo is an experienced professional with a diverse background in insurance claims management and fitness training. At Progressive Insurance, Jana has served as a Claims Supervisor since February 2017, focusing on developing claims ownership skills, determining liability, conducting customer interviews, managing vehicle repairs, and negotiating settlements, all while utilizing various insurance software. Concurrently, Jana has worked as a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor at Town Sports International, holding multiple fitness certifications and achieving impressive sales results. Previous roles include on-air positions at Cumulus Media and Cox Media Group, as well as production and engineering work at Sirius XM Radio Inc. and other broadcasting companies. Jana earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Hofstra University, further enhancing a well-rounded skill set in communication and media.
