Karl Derleth

Karl Derleth serves as the Vice President of Projects at JLL since July 2018 and has held various leadership roles at Town Sports International since March 1994, culminating in the position of Vice President Construction & Facilities Management. Notable achievements include a 15% reduction in new construction costs through innovative redesigns, a comprehensive improvement in capital expenditure management, and leading the re-branding of over 75 clubs that enhanced sales and member retention. Karl has managed significant capital improvement projects internationally and has a strong background in developing operational strategies for new store openings and enhancing operational efficiency across multiple service units. Prior experience includes roles at Doral Fitness Center and Doral Hotels and Resorts, with an educational background from Springfield College.
