Nicole Caso

Nicole Caso, M.S.Ed, LMHC, is a licensed mental health counselor and psychotherapist currently in private practice since July 2020 and serves as a clinical supervisor and psychotherapist at Interborough Developmental and Consultation Center since July 2017. With earlier experience as a mental health counseling intern at the same center, Nicole has also worked extensively in fitness as a spinning and group exercise instructor at various organizations. Additional roles include serving as a CARES activities assistant at Mount Sinai St. Luke's and Roosevelt, a field researcher for Fordham University, and a helpline operator for the National Eating Disorders Association. Nicole holds a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Fordham University.
