Hatem Ghonim

Hatem Ghonim has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Hatem started their career as a Sales Specialist at TOWN TEAM in 2004, where they established strong client relationships and exceeded sales goals. Hatem then worked as a Customer Service Representative at Ahli Bank QSC from 2007 to 2009, providing primary customer support and selling millions of Hassadi saving certificates. Hatem joined Vodafone in 2009 as a Sales Agent, where they increased sales by 8% and addressed customer problems proactively. Hatem later worked at beIN MEDIA GROUP as a Call Agent in 2010, delivering support and achieving high customer satisfaction ratings. From 2011 to 2020, Hatem served as an IPTV Support Coordinator at United Development Company (UDC), answering customer inquiries and maintaining a monthly customer satisfaction rating of 95% or higher. Hatem is currently working as the Head of Customer Service at TOWN TEAM since 2020, implementing and developing customer service policies and procedures.
