Nate Smith

Nate Smith has over 19 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Nate is currently serving as Venture President at Towne First Mortgage since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked as Vice President/Sales Manager at TowneBank Mortgage from February 2016 to June 2021. Nate also worked as a Loan Officer at Movement Mortgage, LLC from October 2011 to February 2016 and as a Loan Officer/Branch Manager at SunTrust Mortgage from October 2005 to January 2008. Nate started their career as a Loan Officer at Benchmark Mortgage in 2002 and worked there until 2005, before returning to the company in 2008 and staying until 2011. Nate has a strong background in originating loans and providing valuable information to clients in the mortgage industry.

Nate Smith attended Frank W. Cox High School from 1988 to 1991 and graduated with a degree. Nate then pursued further education at Randolph-Macon College from 1991 to 1995, earning a BA in English.
