Chris Fleenor is an accomplished account executive with extensive experience in mortgage lending, currently working at Towne Mortgage Company since May 2023. With a career spanning over two decades, Chris has consistently demonstrated expertise in originating agency and non-agency loans across multiple platforms, including correspondent and wholesale channels. Previous roles include a national award-winning tenure at Home Point Financial and positions at prominent firms such as Nationstar Mortgage and Wells Fargo. Chris is also the founder of Pepper Mortgage Solutions Inc., which achieved over $50 million in residential mortgages. A graduate of Indiana University's Kelley School of Business with a B.S. in Finance, Chris is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and driving efficiencies within the mortgage industry.
