Rita Hinkel is a seasoned HRIS professional with extensive experience in implementing technology solutions for human capital management and payroll systems. Currently serving as a Senior HRIS Analyst at Towne Park since February 2009, Rita successfully implemented Workday, enhancing payroll processing, and is actively engaged in the integration of ESS, MSS, and UTA products from Ultimate Software. Prior to this role, Rita served in various capacities at The Baltimore Life Insurance Company from 1971 to June 2008, including Assistant Secretary and Manager of Corporate Disbursements, with a focus on managing corporate payments and employee benefits. Additionally, Rita participated in a Mind Body Study at the Joslin Center for Diabetes in 2005 and completed a variety of courses in Business, Accounting, and Computer at The Johns Hopkins University.
