Brian Bortz

Brian Bortz has been the President of Towne Building Group at Towne Properties for the past 7 years. Brian has been instrumental in the growth and development of the company, overseeing all aspects of construction, from pre-development through completion.

Under their leadership, Towne Building Group has completed numerous high-profile projects, including luxury condominiums, mixed-use developments, and office towers. Brian’s vision and attention to detail have resulted in award-winning developments that have set the standard for quality in the industry.

Prior to joining Towne Properties, Brian was a partner at a national real estate development firm, where they were responsible for the development and construction of over $1 billion in commercial real estate. Brian has also held leadership positions at a major homebuilder and a real estate investment trust.

Brian is a graduate of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
