Robert C. Hatley

Mr. Hatley has served as President of TowneBank North Carolina since January 2018, when Paragon Bank was merged into TowneBank. He served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and director of Paragon for almost 20 years after it was organized in 1998, and has a total of over 40 years of banking experience.
