Eric Herlands

Eric Herlands currently serves as the Managing Director at Townhouse Partners since January 2014, where Eric leads a national loan surveillance program for institutional assets. Prior to that, Eric worked as Vice President Investments at Reckson Associates evaluating new equity investments in the NYC tri-state area. Additionally, Eric has experience as an Adjunct Faculty at New York University since 2009 teaching a course on CRE acquisitions using Argus Software and as an Independent Advisor providing real estate consulting services to various high-profile clients. Overall, Eric has a strong background in real estate investment, analysis, and advisory roles.
