Michael Beckman is currently the Managing Director at Townhouse Partners, where Michael specializes in loan origination, underwriting, acquisition and disposition analysis, health care finance transactions, tax credit analysis, property accounting, and securitization support. Previously, Michael worked as a Senior Associate at Fox Hole Consulting, focusing on real estate debt related transactions. Michael also has experience as an Analyst at Southwest Next Capital Management, and holds a BA in Economics and CIS from The University of Texas at Austin.
