Drew M. Hayworth, CFA, currently serves as a Senior Investment Analyst at Townsend since January 2023. Prior to this role, Drew held the position of Vice President at Highgate Securities Investments from October 2018 to June 2023, managing investment analysis, portfolio strategy, trading, relationship management, and operations for a firm specializing in high-net-worth individual and family IRA investments. Previously, Drew was a Portfolio Manager at Gallacher Capital Management LLC from May 2016 to July 2018, focusing on small and mid-cap stocks in various sectors. Additionally, Drew founded Madison Street Partners LLC in February 2004 and served as the lead portfolio manager until March 2016, concentrating on fundamental and opportunistic trading in the long/short equity hedge fund space. Drew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Vanderbilt University, earned in 1990.
