Heather Melton

Heather Melton serves as the Health and Safety Support Coordinator at The Townsend Company, LLC since October 2021, focusing on the evaluation and promotion of safe driving behaviors and organizing safety materials. Prior to this role, Heather worked at Ball State University from August 2010 to October 2021, first as an Administrative Coordinator for various programs within the School of Kinesiology and later as a Graduate Admissions Specialist, where evaluation and processing of graduate student applications was key. Heather holds a Professional Enhancement Program Certificate in Information Processing from Ball State University (2014-2015) and an Associate's Degree in Business from International Business College (1991-1993), along with a high school diploma from Blackford High School (1988-1991).
