Steve Karstens

Steve Karstens has extensive experience with Townsend Corporation, serving in roles such as General Foreperson and General Foreman since October 2006, and previously as General Foreman from August 1992 to May 1996. Responsibilities include overseeing incident investigations, ensuring safety compliance, managing inventories of supplies and equipment, and maintaining quality control through direct communication with customers. Administrative duties encompass record-keeping, monitoring communication channels, and submitting documentation to supervisors and corporate offices. Steve holds a Diploma of Education from White Bear Lake North Campus Area Learning Center and a High School Diploma from White Bear Lake South Campus.
