Jeffrey Rubin

Jeffrey Rubin, JD, currently serves as the District Testing Accommodations and Homebound Coordinator for Township High School District 113, optimizing access to resources for student learning and assessment opportunities. Prior to this role, Jeffrey worked at NSSED now TrueNorth Educational Cooperative as a Teaching Assistant for diverse learners, collaborating with educators and service providers to support students’ behavioral and IEP goals. Jeffrey has significant experience in the insurance sector, holding various positions at Markel Corporation, including Regional Account Executive and Executive Vice President at Prairie State Administrative Services, where strategic direction and operational leadership were key responsibilities. Past roles also include Managing Consultant at IBM, and Consultant at JOR Advisory Services. Jeffrey holds a JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a BA in History from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
