Leo Novosselsky

Leo Novosselsky is an experienced IT professional specializing in cyber security and systems administration. Currently serving as Cyber Security Lead for the Township of Langley since January 2024, Leo brings extensive expertise gained from previous roles including Security, Infrastructure and Operations Team Lead and Senior Systems Administrator at Houle, where tenure spanned from October 2015 to September 2023. Previous experiences include significant positions at Matrix Solutions, Inc., Calgary Public Library, and a QA Analyst role at Microsoft, where responsibilities involved executing automated tests and troubleshooting issues. Leo’s foundational experience began as a Systems Engineer at Technion, focusing on server administration and information security. Leo holds a BA in Statistics from Haifa University, completed in 1999.
