Matthew Laracy

Matthew Laracy, CPA, serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the Township of Millburn, NJ, since October 2021, and is also the Principal of Laracy Associates LLC, a financial accounting and consulting firm established in April 2015 that specializes in local government and income tax services. Previously, Matthew held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Director of Finance for the Township of Verona from May 2014 to October 2021, overseeing financial operations, budget preparation, and compliance. Early career experiences include roles as a Senior Accountant at McEnerney, Brady & Company LLC and as an intern at Nisivoccia LLP and Conner Strong. Matthew earned a Master’s degree in Accounting from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Rowan University.
