Joseph Plescia has extensive experience in recreation and leadership roles, currently serving as the Superintendent of Recreation for the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills since November 2010. Prior to this, Joseph was the Executive Director of the Parsippany Police Athletic League from October 2004 to May 2011. Joseph also co-owned Plescia Photo from January 1990 to September 2006 and worked as a Software Support Representative at Reynolds and Reynolds from December 1986 to April 1989. Joseph attended the New Jersey Institute of Technology, focusing on Electrical Engineering from 1980 to 1986, and completed an Associates of Applied Engineering in Electro-Mechanical Engineering at UCNJ Union College of Union County, NJ, between 1982 and 1984.
