Ryan Silks

Ryan Silks is an experienced professional in public works, currently serving in the Public Works Buildings Department for Township of Upper Providence since March 2020. Responsibilities include managing the maintenance and upkeep of township buildings, conducting routine repairs, performing inspections on safety equipment, and addressing emergency situations such as snow removal and storm damage. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Operations Manager-Driver at J. Mastrocola Hauling and Associate Trainer at Panera Bread. Ryan holds a B.S.B.A with dual majors in Finance and Management from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, completed in 2010, and possesses a Class A CDL.
