Franciele Silva

Franciele Silva is a Product Designer with extensive experience in design and user experience. Currently working at TownSq since May 2024, Franciele previously held the same position at Involves from May 2021 to May 2024, focusing on image recognition solutions and ensuring product consistency. Additional roles include Product Designer at Auvo Tecnologia in 2020 and a long tenure at Involves from 2015 to 2020, where responsibilities included data analysis, user research, prototyping, and facilitating co-creation sessions. Earlier experiences encompass roles in customer experience and support, as well as fashion design at FORS. Franciele holds a postgraduate degree in User-Centered Design from Universidade Positivo, a degree in System Analysis and Development from USJ, an MBA in Marketing, and a Bachelor's in Fashion Design from the Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina.
