Earlier roles include Senior Product Manager at Data Paradigm and Regional Quality Assurance Manager at the American Red Cross, Biomedical Services. Joshlyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Health Care from Texas Woman's University.
