The Operations Manager – Premier Team Opportunity:

Our Premier Team provides innovative solutions, expert strategies, and unmatched support to drive measurable success for our clients and Townsquare Media markets. We are looking for a Operations Manager – Premier Team to lead, train, and develop a high-performing team, drive team and individual success, and foster confidence in our results through collaboration with market leaders.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

  • Be present full-time in the office to foster a strong, collaborative, and performance-driven team culture.
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to help teammates develop skills, meet individual and team goals, and contribute to company objectives.
  • Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with team members to review performance, provide feedback, and discuss development opportunities.
  • Develop and execute structured coaching strategies, including self-evaluations, tandem call coaching, and progress assessments.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating strong work ethic, professionalism, and accountability to inspire team members.

Performance Tracking & Accountability

  • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Hold team members accountable for meeting performance expectations and KPIs.
  • Provide clear and actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement and success.
  • Develop strategies to optimize performance and productivity through data-driven insights.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Establish and maintain strong communication with Market Leaders to foster confidence in team performance and results.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and account management, to align strategies and improve service delivery.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the Department Director, detailing progress, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Represent the Premier Team in leadership meetings, contributing insights and strategies for organizational growth.

Process Improvement & Strategy Execution

  • Identify opportunities to improve training programs, workflows, and operational efficiency.
  • Implement and refine best practices to enhance customer success and retention.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and digital marketing best practices to ensure the team remains competitive.
  • Encourage an environment of continuous learning and adaptability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (required)
  • Proven leadership experience in a sales, customer success, or account management role, preferably in digital marketing or a similar industry.
  • Strong ability to train, coach, and develop teams for high performance.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking and analyzing KPIs.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, in-office environment.
  • Highly organized, accountable, and results-oriented.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and performance tracking tools is a plus.
