Jacqui Francis

Jacqui Francis is the Executive Director at the Townsville Catholic Education Office. Previously, Jacqui was General Manager, Commercial Operations at Roads and Maritime Services.

Jacqui earned her MBA in International Business from the University of Canberra in 2002.
