Jennifer Blackshaw

Jennifer Blackshaw is the Director of Organisational Services at the Townsville Catholic Education Office. Previously, Jennifer was Manager Funding and Contract Management at the Department of Communities, Child Safety and Disability Services (Qld).

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Social Work from James Cook University.
