Katie Whitworth

Katie Whitworth is an experienced professional in the field of speech-language pathology and education. Currently serving as Director Capability at the Queensland Department of Education since January 2018, Katie has also held positions as Principal Advisor Inclusion and Senior Advisor Speech Language Pathology within the same organization. Prior to this, Katie gained valuable experience as a Speech Pathologist at the Catholic Education Office in Townsville and with the NHS from 2003 to 2005. Katie holds a Master's Degree in Public Health and Community Medicine from UNSW and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Sydney.
