Kevin Balsbaugh

Kevin Balsbaugh is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in various roles within information technology. Currently serving as Deputy CIO at Towson University, Kevin has previously held significant positions at Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences, including Chief Information Officer, Associate Vice President of Information Technology, and Director of Information Technology. Prior experience includes working at Lancaster General Health as a System Administrator, Ciber as a Network Manager and System Administrator, and RRTA as Assistant Director of Finance. Kevin Balsbaugh holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Security from James Madison University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Management of Information Systems from Eastern University.
