Tanja Swain

Tanja Swain is an experienced career educator and coach with a background in law and human resources. Currently serving as Adjunct Faculty at Towson University since February 2022, Tanja teaches the EDUC 121 Personal Life & Career Planning course and provides personalized career coaching. In the role of Assistant Director of STEM Career Education, Tanja empowers students through tailored coaching and resource connections. Previously, Tanja worked at Howard Community College as a STEM Career Coach and Career Assistant, aiding students with various job search strategies and conducting presentations on professional skills. Tanja's diverse professional history includes roles in legal research, HR consulting, and legal placements, complemented by a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
