Candace Doepker

Candace Doepker is a Principal and Practice Leader of the Food and Consumer Products Group at ToxStrategies, Inc., with over 16 years of industry experience providing toxicological and scientific issues management support for multi-billion dollar brands in the food, health, beauty, and oral care sectors. With a strong working knowledge of the Food Safety Modernization Act, Candace is skilled in facilitating discussions with multi-disciplinary teams for its implementation. Previous roles include Chair of the Caffeine Committee at the International Food Information Council and Senior Toxicologist at Procter & Gamble, along with experience as a Toxicologist at Eastman Kodak. Candace holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Health with a focus on Toxicology and Cytogenetic Toxicology from the University of Cincinnati.
