Marcie Wood

Marcie Wood is a highly experienced professional in the field of toxicology and pharmacology, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of the Pharmaceutical Practice at ToxStrategies LLC since June 2016. Prior to this role, Marcie held various positions at ToxStrategies LLC, including Principal Scientist and Pharmaceutical Practice Director. Marcie's experience also includes a significant tenure at the FDA from February 2009 to May 2016 as a Pharmacology/Toxicology Supervisor and Reviewer within the Division of Pulmonary, Allergy, and Rheumatology Products. Earlier in Marcie's career, positions held include Scientist I at the Roskamp Institute and Research Assistant at the University of Kentucky's Graduate Center for Toxicology. Marcie Wood earned a PhD in Toxicology from the University of Kentucky, completing the degree in 2004, and holds a B.S. in Molecular Biology from Grove City College, awarded in 1997.
