Cléo Hayes-McCoy

Cléo Hayes-McCoy has over 20 years of work experience in the technology industry. They most recently held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Toya since March 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Engineering at Toya from April 2022 to March 2023.

Before joining Toya, Cléo was the Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder at Adventure Box Technology AB (publ) from May 2014 to October 2021. They also served on the Board of Directors at LYDD CONSULTING from January 2017 to September 2019.

Earlier in their career, Cléo worked as a Software Consultant at Goo Technologies from May 2013 to May 2014, and as a Software Architect at FircoSoft from June 2009 to April 2013. They also held positions as a Senior Software Engineer at Commedia SRL from February 2007 to June 2009, and at Digital Enterprise Solutions from January 2004 to February 2007.

Cléo began their career as a Software Engineer at Datalex from July 2001 to December 2003, and at SmartForce from July 1999 to August 2000.

Cléo Hayes-McCoy holds a Bachelor's degree in Information and Communications Technologies, which was obtained from Trinity College, Dublin. Cléo attended the university from 1997 to 2002.
