Renji Reghu, PhD, is an experienced professional in the field of materials science and engineering, currently serving as Manager of Research and Development at TOYO INK INDIA since January 2023, leading R&D activities in pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSA) and polyurethane (PU) resins while providing technical support for business development. Previous positions include Manager of R&D at Apcotex Industries Limited, focusing on polymer dispersions and rubbers, and Scientist at Avery Dennison, where Renji conducted analysis and innovation of adhesive materials. Renji's research background includes postdoctoral fellowships and roles at various prestigious institutions, including National Taiwan University and the Institute for Stem Cell Biology and Regenerative Medicine, with a focus on advanced polymer materials and nanostructured systems for electronics and biomedical applications. Renji holds a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from Kaunas University of Technology, along with a Master of Science in Chemistry from Mahatma Gandhi University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Kerala.
