Kristin Harma

Kristin Harma is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in the automotive safety industry. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Toyoda Gosei Americas since June 2021, Kristin oversees Driver Airbags for the General Motors Customer Business Unit. Prior to this role, Kristin was a Lead Engineer at Joyson Safety Systems from June 2015 to March 2020, and at Takata from January 2011 to May 2015, conducting Root Cause Analysis in the Product Safety Group and working on Side and Curtain Airbags within the Chrysler Business Unit. Kristin's career began as an Engineer at Toyoda Gosei from January 2007 to January 2011. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, earned between 2001 and 2006.
