Sales And Value Chain Director at TOYOTA HELLAS S.A. (Member of Inchcape Plc Group)

Nikos Katselis has extensive work experience in the automotive industry, specifically with Toyota. Nikos began their career in 2004 as a Sales Engineer at Inmartek LTD, representing manufacturers' interests in various industries. In 2006, they joined Toyota Hellas S.A. as an After Sales Technical Trainer, organizing and delivering technical trainings to bodyshop and paintshop technicians. From 2007 to 2009, they transitioned to the role of After Sales Non Technical Trainer, providing non-technical training to service advisors.

In 2009, Nikos became an After Sales Area Manager at Toyota Hellas S.A., where they cooperated, negotiated, and led 28 Toyota Authorized Dealers and Repairers to improve their performance in the automotive after-sales business. Nikos worked closely with the after-sales personnel of each dealership to increase effectiveness in parts sales and achieved an annual turnover of €12M. Nikos also designed and executed customized actions to increase dealer traffic and enhance after-sales financial results.

In 2015, Nikos joined Polis Inchcape Athens as a Used Car Manager, responsible for growing the business of used car sales in Inchcape Retail facilities. Nikos focused on increasing volume and profit, improving purchasing channels and preparation methods, and standardizing the business across Inchcape Retail facilities in Greece.

In subsequent roles at Polis Inchcape Thessaloniki and Polis Inchcape Athens, Nikos held the position of Site Manager, overseeing the daily operations of authorized Toyota Dealerships and leading teams to grow in all business units. Nikos focused on expanding the business and increasing operating profit.

Most recently, in 2020, Nikos became the Retail Operations Director at Polis Inchcape (Toyota & Lexus), responsible for managing retail operations. And as of September 2022, they serve as the Used Car Business Director at TOYOTA HELLAS S.A. (Member of Inchcape Plc Group).

Nikos Katselis attended Aston University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
