Flora Hui

Flora Hui is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in optometry and research, currently serving as a Research Fellow at the Centre for Eye Research Australia (CERA) since February 2016. In addition to contributing to the Consumer Advisory Group at CERA, Flora is engaged with Franklin Women as a Victoria Working Group Member, supporting women's advancement in medical research. As an Honorary Fellow and Research Fellow in Industry Engagement at the University of Melbourne, Flora also holds a directorship on the Board of Directors for the Toyota Community Foundation Australia, promoting STEM education. Flora's leadership extends to the Australasian Association for Academic Primary Care as Chair of Membership Engagement. With a solid foundation in optometry, including roles at Reservoir Spectacles and previous positions as an optometrist at eyeclarity and Specsavers, Flora's academic credentials include a Ph.D., MPhil, and Bachelor of Optometry from the University of Melbourne.
