Kane Collins has over two decades of experience in various managerial and technical roles within the telecommunications and automotive industries. Currently serving as the Acting Senior Manager for Total Rewards and Systems at Toyota Motor Corporation Australia since May 2008, Kane has held multiple positions including Manager of Remuneration, Benefits and Systems, and Manager of People & Culture Systems. Prior to Toyota, Kane worked at NEC as a Service Delivery Manager and Project Manager, overseeing the installation of telephony and data systems. Earlier career experiences include roles at Sholl Communications as a Technician and in the Royal Australian Air Force as a Communications Electronics Technician. Educational qualifications include an associate diploma in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from RMIT University and a certificate in electronics from TAFE NSW.
