Stephanie Rondos is the CEO & Founder of Malabae Australia, an online retail company for mother & baby products. Prior to this, Stephanie held various roles at Toyota Motor Corporation Australia, including Manager of Customer Solutions and Digital Platform Delivery Lead. Stephanie also has experience as a Business Owner at Bountiful Blooms Florist and as a Senior Digital Delivery Lead/Project Manager at Loud & Clear. Stephanie has a background in UX design and development, with a Bachelor's degree in Games and Interactivity from Swinburne University of Technology and a Master's degree in Applied Project Management from the University of Adelaide.
