Satinder Dale

Satinder Dale has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. Satinder is currently Vice President of Product & Delivery at Toyota Connected Europe since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Professional Services at Celonis from May 2021 to May 2022, where they led a talented team across the UKI and Nordics and oversaw implementations and partner support packages.

Before their role at Celonis, Satinder worked at IBM for several years in different positions. Satinder served as the Regulatory Technology Leader for EMEA from May 2020 to May 2021, managing products and a team of 14 consultants. Satinder also worked as a Client Director for GRC EMEA from May 2014 to May 2020, expanding the customer base and delivering value to major accounts.

Satinder's experience at IBM also includes roles as a Centre of Competency - Risk Analytics, Global Business Development from June 2013 to May 2014, where they provided support and guidance during the initial sales cycle, and as an Engagement Manager for UKI, Benelux, and Alps from November 2012 to June 2013, strengthening relationships with key customers and overseeing project delivery.

Earlier in their career, Satinder worked as a Management Consultant at IBM from May 2010 to October 2012, managing multiple governance, risk, and compliance projects for large banks and insurance companies.

Before joining IBM, Satinder worked as a Project Manager at Objective Corporation from April 2003 to May 2010, and as a Project Manager at Sapient from 1999 to 2003. Satinder started their career as a Business Analyst at BAA from 1996 to 1999.

Throughout their career, Satinder has demonstrated strong leadership, extensive industry experience, and a focus on delivering value to clients.

Satinder Dale obtained a BSc degree in Computer Science from Brunel University London, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications over the years. In 2009, they received certification in Prince 2 from MALVERN TRAINING LTD. In 2020, they obtained the IBM Consulting Profession Certification - Experienced from IBM.
